should FIFA introduce a sin bin ruling for players who take dives. FRom watching top level football i can see where followers of other codes see football players as whimps.The habbit of going down and making out you have been injured is a practice that needs to be removed from the game.And i was wondering if taking a dive meant 10mins off the feild of play may encourage players to get on with the game instead of oscar winning performances of a dying animal.

i think they should be yllow carded. drogba and robben should have to start everymatch with an automatic yellow card.

I totally agree. The game is already long enough at 90mins each way, plus stoppage time.
I would like to see a more flowing game.
If I wanted to watch bad acting, i’d go to a Tom Cruise movie

If during the game a dive is notices it should be an instant red card as it is cheating, if it is found to be a dive after the fact ie video replay then the player should be susspended for 2 games, it would soon stop all of the diving

I would definitely make it more strict, players like Inzaghi made us hate the game more then truly enjoy it.

If you mean the player when he try to desive the refree by acting as been fouled , It’s the worst sportmanship can have because cheat isn’t a sport caracter and I think FIFA should take a hard action to prevent this act although many big and famous player sometimes use it when they can’t find the legal way .

i like the idea and I do think dives should be punished but I think the card system should be used more against it so two times and you are out of the game is a good method of stopping it if enforced.

it will still need to be decided by referees and they are only human They will get it wrong lots of the time !!!
i have seen many pundits watch a replay 5 times and still disagree.

Diving is usualy a retaliation to refs who dont call a foul on players who are hindered, commendably dont fall down, and then lose the ball. I hate it when a game comes to when you need to fall in order for the ref to blow the whistle.
